1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

cd66b is committed to preventing underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after deducting any winnings derived from those funds.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cd66b platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. 5 Deposits & Payments

cd66b accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account may be subject to enhanced verification or suspension. cd66b operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit at its absolute discretion.

Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cd66b does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside cd66b's control and are the Player's responsibility.

• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard card processing times.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. cd66b does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a Player's first withdrawal is processed, cd66b requires successful completion of KYC verification, including submission of proof of identity and proof of address.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad and Rocket: typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to verification status.
• Bank transfer: one (1) to three (3) business days following approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: three (3) to five (5) business days following approval.

cd66b reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required under the platform's AML policy. In such cases, cd66b will notify the Player and specify any additional documentation required.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have met the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. The distinction between real-money balance and bonus balance is clearly indicated in the Player's account wallet at all times.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

cd66b offers bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and the IPL and BPL cricket seasons. Misuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cd66b platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product or market. These product-specific rules are published on the cd66b platform and form part of these Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet or wager.

cd66b reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after an event has commenced and the in-play market was unavailable or incorrectly priced due to a technical error.
• The odds or outcome displayed were the result of a manifest error, system fault or data feed failure.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed or significantly altered such that the original bet conditions no longer apply.
• There is reasonable evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or in a manner intended to exploit a technical error.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. cd66b reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its absolute discretion, including where a Player's betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational gambling.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cd66b platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and may have their balance forfeited:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the cd66b platform.
• Using another person's account, payment method or personal information.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in casino card games or any other multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the cd66b platform's technical infrastructure.
• Exploiting any technical error, system glitch or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using the cd66b platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

cd66b reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A Player has failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• cd66b has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or criminal conduct associated with the account.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to cd66b.

A Player may voluntarily close their cd66b account at any time by contacting customer support. Where an account is closed voluntarily and the account is in good standing, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cd66b reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, cd66b may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the severity of the breach.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability
